Which Standards Do We Adhere To?

In the business realm, compliance refers to the systematic effort to ensure that a company and its employees adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices within the organization’s industry. This encompasses both internal policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws. The objective is to proactively prevent and identify rule violations, safeguarding the organization from fines, legal issues, and ensuring the delivery of ethically and legally sourced, high-quality products to consumers. This commitment minimizes risks associated with waste, fraud, abuse, discrimination, and other disruptive practices.

Nova Leathers not only strives to comply with every applicable regulation but also aspires to set a new benchmark in the leather industry. This commitment is evident in our eco-friendly and quality-controlled processes aimed at producing the highest quality ethically sourced leather. Our vegetable tanning facility employs a special process utilizing natural tannins from organic materials, resulting in a distinctive look and feel for the leather.

Additionally, Nova Leathers employs gas generators with heat exchangers for water heating, aligning with our eco-friendly initiative. Currently, we are working towards transitioning to solar power to further reduce our carbon footprint. Water used in our processes undergoes treatment before release to prevent water pollution.

Rooted in a lineage of leather artisans with generations of experience, our top management brings a profound understanding of the industry. However, Nova embraces constant change and improvement. Our Research and Development department consistently innovates to create more efficient chemicals for leather production, contributing to superior finished products. The combination of this ongoing pursuit of enhancements and the utilization of state-of-the-art French, German, and Italian machinery positions us to deliver products that stand unmatched in the market.
